Admission Procedure

For B.Tech / B.Pharm / MBA / MCA  :-

 

1.  U. P. TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY conducts an entrance examination for 85% seats.The candidates are allotted branches on the basis of their merit through counselling conducted by U.P.TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY.

 2. For 15% seats candidates can apply for direct admission to the RKGIT. Admission will be based on the percentage of marks obtained in qualifying exam and /or respective entrance exam as per the policies of the University .

For M.Pharm :- 

1, For Admissions to M.Pharm course, the University invites applications directly.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech --

  • Computer Science and Engineering
  • Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Applied Electronics & Instrumentations
  •  For 1st year : 10+2 with PCM with minimum of 50% of marks.
  • For 2nd year : 3 year diploma after 10+2 in any discipline of Engineering with minimum 50% of marks.*

 

Eligibility Criteria for B.Pharm. :-

  • 10+2 with PCM/PCB with minimum of 50% marks*

Eligibility Criteria for MCA :-

  • Graduation in any discipline (min 50%marks) with Maths at 10+2 level.*

 Eligibility Criteria for MBA :-

  • Graduation in any discipline (min 50%marks) with Maths at 10+2 level.*

Eligibility Criteria for M.Pharm :-

The applicant must have at least:

(i) 60% marks at B.Pharm. level.
AND

(ii) 75 percentile in GATE Or candidate must fall in the list of 25 % top graduates at U.P.T.U. students Or first division with honours.

OR

(iii) First Division at B. Pharm. level with two years experience of teaching / research / industry.

The eligibility criteria given above are minimum. University may prescribe any other requirements over and above these conditions.

Shrinking The Technological Cosmos

Jagriti begin as a sincere effort by the college students and now has become an epitome of success with the statistics beating all the records. Jagriti consisted of 26 technical events of national level attracting more than 50 colleges. These events put on test the knowledge of participants from all engineering streams. Along with the technical side, the cultural side was well handled by the SKYFEST.
