Functional Procedures

CRC, with the feedback and help of Corporate, will ensure that the teaching-learning procedures maintain a minimum teaching standard where teaching is imparted with latest tools available, incorporating all elements which enable the students to become well suited for the job market. In order to explore student’s abilities to the fullest, events like group discussion, lectures by the specialist in communication skills, confidence building, stress and time management and attitudinal development shall be organized which subsequently would mould them as per competitive market requirement and making the student feel confidant by developing in them both leadership qualities as well as managerial skills. Besides all such activities, the CRC curriculum will lay emphasis on case studies and practical training over the full academic calendar without affecting the normal schedule of teaching.

The programs of the center will be made effective and result-oriented through following functional Divisions/Cells:

Training & Placement Cell (TPC)

Objectives: To make every effort to provide appropriate training required by the industry and to maximize the placement.


CRC to prepare a data bank of the student profile, a copy of which to be maintained by the department.

CRC in coordination with the department will explore ways & means to enhance the technical development of the students.

Industrial training of short duration to be arranged in coordination with departments to make students aware of outside demands.

Guest lectures to be arranged by inviting experts in specialized technical fields as well as some areas of general interest.

Arranging lectures of general/special nature.

Interact with corporate for campus interviews.

Obtain employers feedback for corrective measures and implement those through departments for effective and result-oriented interaction with prospective employers.

Arrange Mock interviews, GDs and Aptitude tests.

Industry Institute Partnership Cell (IIPC)

Objectives: To develop an effective and need based interaction with the industry at departmental and institutional level.


Industry is beeing involved in the academic programs including laboratory up- gradation and projects, innovative training procedures through their expertise available.

The departments explores the relevant industrial back up with the help of CRC.

Faculty interacts with the experts in the industry in coordination with CRC and explores the possibility to arrange industrial visits, lectures by corporate professionals and summer training for the students.

Regular efforts are made to generate a platform for coordinating technical programs, which could result in a MOU to be signed by the college.

The faculty is deputed to higher institutions of learning and to renowned corporate to get trained in specialized areas through faculty development programs so that they would provide effective training to the students and also develop a better technical platform at the institution.

Campus connect programe with Infosys is part of this IIPC initiative.
