On the occasion of International Women Day on 8th March, 2014, Flag March & Public Sensitization Events were organized by girl students of Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology (MBA). The Girls Students along with their faculty members walked on the roads of Sector 23, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad to make people aware about the WOMEN EMPOWERMENT.
They have used a number of slogans like "Shiksha Do Gyan Do Naari Ko Samman Do", "Right to education & freedom", "Naari shakti Zindabad" etc. The students had shown great zeal and enthusiasm with a sense of proud of being a Woman. Students interacted with females & motivate them to come out for their own identity.
The march coved nearly 1km route. Ms. Parul Marwah Gupta, Ms. Nishi Pathak, Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, Ms. Manjusha Goel, Ms. Bhawana, Mr. Ashish Singh, Mr. Harsh Mohan & other faculties of the institute accompanied the march. The march was organized by Mr. Vishal Srivastava & Dr. Anchal Rastogi.
