"Street plays have been an integral part of Indian tradition"
On the occasion of World Water Day MBA has presented "Nukkad Natak" on Water conservation at Sculpture Park, Sanjay Nagar and Central Park Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. The idea of a street play is to propagate social message in a humorous and sarcastic way and create awareness amongst the masses. "Nukkad Natak" is characterized by highly enthusiastic and energetic performances which has attracted huge crowd. Posters & Banners depicting water conservation were also put up at places.
With raising slogans, the participants marched forward towards Sanjay Nagar. The awareness rally began from Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Management Campus. Those participating in the rally urged the general citizens to conserve water and to utilize the water effectively.
Megha, Mini, Priya, Nishant, Aakash, Tushar, Bhawana, Suraj, Swati, Arti, Abhinn, Deepika & Mani touched very sensitive issues related with Water Conservation. With their play, students gave the messages like Save water, Conserve Water, Save water to save future etc.
Dr Arvind Singh, Principal of College and faculties of College were present during the event. The Nukkad Natak was organized by Quality Assurance Council of Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology (MBA).
